Importance of Fulfilling the Rights of Others
Posted March 19th, 2006 by 'abdEmphasizing the importance of fulfilling the rights of other especially for those involved in their islah (i.e. salikeen), Hakeemul Ummat Hazrat Mawlana Ashraf Ali Thanawi ra said:
“Diregarding or being negligent in fulfilling the specific rights of others as prescribed by Shariah is a sin and hence an obstacle in reaching the goal (in tareeq. That is, gaining the pleasure of Allah SWT). Especially the rights of one’s spouse.”
