Sunna = Spiritual realisation
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Buzaydi (may Allah have mercy on him) said,
“In fact, the Prophetic practice (sunna) is total spiritual realisation (ma’rifah) itself, nothing more and nothing less, for those who know its value.”
