The Ashrafiya hallmark

Masih al-quloob Hadhrat Masihullah Khan (may Allah have mercy on him) said,
“The hallmark of Ashrafiya (tariqa) conduct (mazaq) is to maintain perfect steadiness (e’itedal) in observance of the Sunna.”

Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Mubarak (may Allah have mercy on him) said,

Essentials for a salik

 Hadhrat Mawlana Abdul Ghani Phulpuri  a very senior khalifa of Hakim al-Umma (may Allah have mercy on them) mentions the following first and foremost in the list of essentials for a salik,
“Following the Sunna, both in exoteric (dhahiri) and esoteric (batini) matters. ”

Sunna 33

Sunna of eating food: To be seated, preferably on the ground while eating a meal. The posture may be that of squatting or like sitting position in salah, etc.
