9/11 in Quran?

Please, note that this is only a conjecture of an intelligent observer.

The building they had built shall always remain a source of unrest in their hearts, unless their hearts are cut into pieces. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

Allah knows best!

جا؁ے بزرگاں بجاے بزرگاں

Imam Sha’rani (Allah have mercy on him) said,

‘The effect of the spirituality of a wali (close friend of Allah) is such that the place he enters or treads upon, its luminosity is evident to the people of the heart (arbab al-quloob) for six months. Based on this what can be said about the residence where he dwells day and night.’

Eid Mubarak: The real Joy!

The Prophet of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said;

“On the day of eid (when people gather to offer eid prayers)
Allah says to the Angels,
‘Have these people fulfilled the obligation (of fasting)
and are now gathered for prayers?

I swear by My pride,
magnificence, majesty,
mercy and
elevated status
that I will fulfill their prayers.

Tell them to return,
I have forgiven them all
and furthermore
I have replaced their sins with virtuous deeds.’

Hence they return completely forgiven.”

(Mishkat/Bahaiqi)

On our eid visit to Sayyidi wa sanadi Mawlana Mohammad Taqi Usmani (Allah preserve him) we always found him to be extremely happy and cheerful, repeatedly telling us Arifbillah Dr Abdul Hayy Arifi (Allah have mercy on him)’s saying regarding Eidul fitr,

“We are excessively blessed individuals today!

All our sins have been forgiven.

They have been bartered with good deeds.

We are completely clean and tidy.”

An unimaginable joy!

Moulana Yunus Patel ra

Death is an inevitable reality.

There is no escape.

The beloved of Allah, our master Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) tasted it to.

The news of the death of Shaikh Moulana Yunus Patel (Allah have mercy on him) is a big shock for all the spiritual aspirants. However, the circumstance under which it occurred  would make any Muslims desirous of such death. That is, in Holy city of Makkah, facing the kaba sharif, immediately after performing tawaf, etc.

May Allah make his complete magfirah and grant him jannat al-firdaus. Amin!

Ashrafiya

On the way to Makkah e mukarramah sayyidi wa sanadi Mohammad Taqi Usmani (Allah preserve him) inquired,

‘What do you do at www.ashrafiya.com site? Few individuals have written to me about it.’

The procedure for posting extracts of the sayings of the pious elders (akabir) was  explained.

Sayyidi wa sanadi was satisfied and did not question further.

May Allah make this beneficial for my own islah (reformation). Amin!

Tip on adding something new to our daily routine

__________

It is a common every day incident that we read or hear something that is virtuous and a blessing to be in-cooperated into one’s daily routine. However, in addition to forgetfulness we find it difficult to spare an additional time slot for this small endeavor in our daily schedule.

Sayyid wa sanadi Shaykh Mufti Mohammad Taqi Usmani (Allah preserve him) instructed,

‘The tip to include something new in your daily routine is to squeeze it between two already established chores.’

The bane of media outlets!

Arif-billah Dr Abdul Hayy ‘Arifi (Allah have mercy on him) said,

‘The biggest bane of the present society, (which are described to be beneficial by some, however, I consider them to be totally corrupt) are the mass media outlets. These include television, radio and newspaper.  They corrupt the morals. They have deteriorated our (humanely) condition, and made us infamous and disreputable.

They broadcast purposeless, paltry, heresy and iconoclastic things. These broadcasting results in the death of humaneness, honor of the human beings and our Islamic faith.

For the sake of God abstain from them!

Do not make an excuse that these can be used for broadcasting good. This a lame pretense. Show me where are they being used to spread good?’

Majalis e Arifi, audio set, CD#1, first waaz. Idara e Eshaat e Islam, Karachi, Pakistan

There are various reasons for the above statement.  They include: The repeated reading or viewing of reports of crime, devious, irrelevant, irreligious, and anti-Islamic things make an individual insensitive of their gravity.

The level of hatred towards sins is diminished.

The chances of being involved in sins which are a ‘norm’ in society increases.

The value of utilizing time effectively is distorted.

The spiritual darkness that accompanies such things makes it difficult to initiate and sustain good works. Etc.

(Irresponsible use of Internet, especially purposeless surfing, should be included in this.)
